It takes our team a maximum of 2 to 3 working days to process and prepare your order. Delivery in the United States takes between 7 and 15 working days. For international deliveries and DOM-TOM this can vary between 7 and 25 working days.

A tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail shortly after your order has been shipped. You can use this number to track your parcel worldwide. Use this page to track your parcel. Or use your national post office's website. Your tracking number is also traceable in the e-mail that will be sent to you.

If you're not at home, the letter carrier will leave the parcel in your letterbox. If he doesn't have access, you'll have to collect the parcel from your local post office. In this case, the letter carrier will leave a message to let you know.

We sometimes have this situation, where the parcel is marked as delivered but the customer doesn't receive it until 2 days later. You can return your order within 14 days for a refund or exchange. In the case of a refund, this will take 7 to 14 working days, depending on the method of payment.
