Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

EXCHANGE

We will gladly accept exchange if you are not satisfied with your order. We also exchange sizes if the items does not fit to your liking. Items to be exchange must be sent within 30 days of delivery date.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging. Include the order number and full name on a piece of paper, then mail your return or exchange.

Please Note

  • You must contact us by email with your order# to initiate the return & exchange and receive full mailing address.

You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Ensure that the customs form clearly states the item is a return. This is important to prevent incurring duty costs. Should there be any duty costs incurred in accepting your return, these will be deducted from your refund.

    REFUNDS

    After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

    EXCEPTIONS

    The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

    For defective or damaged products, please contact us with the contact email below to arrange a refund or exchange. Preferably with pictures attached in the email.

    CANCEL ORDER

    Please be advised that all orders are automatically processed 24 hours after they are received, and unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed.
